Great Day Getaways

My Dear Blogging Pals

I am so glad that all my blogging pals are back to their computers. Phew, days without them were so boring!

Where did they go earlier? Well, a few of them were away for their medical coding training courses while others were either on vacations or short getaways.

Now that everyone is back to doing their online work, I have pals or friends to chat with again.

Woohoo! Life is great with friends around most of the time, right?

Tips For Buying A Vacation Home

A vacation home is a good real estate investment. But buying at the right price and time, can make all the difference between profit and loss.

Be sure that you avoid buying vacation spots that are desolate off-peak. Remote locations that chew up travel time on vacations are also best avoided. Find locations that offer long seasons for golfing, boating, and skiing.

Buying furnished vacation home saves you time on browsing through furniture catalog or buying furniture and hassle. If you’re going to rent your home, make sure the rental manager approves of the furniture you’re buying with the property. Out-dated and well-worn furniture won’t cut it today with savvy vacation renters.
