It’s for sure that my dark circles under the eyes will appear if I stay up late tonight. As glasses can make the circles even more noticeable, I had better wear contact lenses tomorrow.
By the way, is it true that dark circles are not caused by stress, all-night work or fatigue? I thought they are the causes of the appearance of dark circles.
If dark circles are the result of sleep deprivation, I think I may need to make an effort to go to bed earlier or reduce the amount of caffeine in my diet in order to get the rest I need.
