A colleague asked if I would like to look for another pasture yesterday as she came across some finance jobs listed at a famous job site and newspaper.
Ha, I don’t think it’s time for me to quit my current job now! Firstly I am still enjoying my current job. Secondly, the pay is quite okay, though not as high if compared to other buddies. ^.^
The last reason is that there are still many things I can learn from my seniors. Let me learn until there is nothing I can learn then I will resign.
Hubby’s buddy would like to get a pair of steiner binoculars as his Valentine’s gift this year. You know why? It’s a funny reason why he would wish for such a V Day gift. ^.^
You see, this buddy of hubby is a disciplinary master in a high school. As the school has recently added another new building, it’s kind of difficult for him to view students who misbehave at the other block.
To view them easily, this buddy has come up with the idea of using a pair of binoculars.
Ha, what a great V Day gift idea, right?
“Stop buying food storage kits, okay?” There are too many scattered everywhere in the house that hubby has given warning to me. @.@
Maybe I can donate the used ones to old folks homes until there aren’t many to be seen at home. After that, I can start buying new ones to replace the old ones. This way, hubby doesn’t notice there is an increasing number of food storage items at home.

On one hand, I would like him to keep his job because of the high pay. But on the other hand, I feel that quitting his job will bring back good health to him.
I don’t know what to do. Let him decide his future.

I know about Le Creuset from cooking magazines and books. From what I have read, consumers don’t regret their purchases of this brand of cookware and claim “No serious cook can be without a Le Creuset.” Wow, wow, wow!
Unfortunately, it’s kind of impossible to have a set of this cookware as I do not cook. Besides, it seems like a big investment. It will be a waste of money if I insist on asking hubby to buy me a set.
This afternoon, my colleague kept bugging me although I was so busy with my office work. It’s lucky that the boss was not around, otherwise, he would have thought I was a lazybone.
Actually this colleague of mine would like to know if she should study an it degree.
Well, it’s totally up to her whether she wants to pursue an it degree! Does she have the time, money and most important of all, interest or passion?
In my opinion, interest or passion plays an important role in deciding whether one will move on or quit half way.
What a wonderful Sunday! It’s been such a long time since I could sit quietly to read a few Amazon books.
It’s great that there have been no phone calls or neighbor visits throughout the day. I enjoy the quietness very much. ^.^
Hubby says we deserve more quiet Sundays like today. This means we will say NO to friends/neighbors/family members more often when it comes to phone calls and invitations.
