I need my fat burner now! You know what? I was in a bad mood last night, so I went out for a heavy dinner with hubby.
I was very full after the dinner. Did I feel any better? No. In fact, I didn’t sleep very well due to my bad mood and full stomach.
A lesson learned – Never Eat Out When You Are Unhappy. You will eat more to vent out your anger or frustration. In the end, you may need diet pills or fat burners to help you burn extra fat.
