To make the Chinese family vacation renters feel at home in our vacation home, hubby and I had decorated the house with some Chinese paper dragons and Chinese New Year accessories.
We even placed two small red packets on the HDTV for the couple’s daughters. Of course, there is money in the red packets.
You know, one of their daughters is called Sasha. Sasha is a hot name now.
Just called hubby and reminded him to get his emergency light fixed. It’s not working last night when we went out for dinner.
It’s Sunday today but hubby can still get the emergency light changed. His workshop buddy is working on Sundays.
With current weakening economy, it’s wise to even open on Sundays. Making a little bit more on Sunday is better than going shopping and spending money.
Hubby has gone out for a few hours now. I wonder if he has finished moving the shipping boxes from our vacation home to his buddy’s home.
His buddy and his family have been relocated to another state and hubby is busy helping them packing stuff today.
As I still have some assignments to complete, I am exempted from helping out. Thank God. I hate packing, unpacking, moving, loading and unloading stuff.
Why doesn’t hubby’s buddy hire a moving company to do it?
Wow, I admire my blogging pal so much. She has started her hotel search site and wedding price comparison site. They are hot niche markets, aren’t they?
I won’t be starting any new site this month or for the next few months. I have to work on my existing niche blogs and stores that I started last year. Let me see some money from them first.
I don’t think I have time for a few more niche blogs now.
I was kind of surprised when I was told that John Travolta’s teenage son died on Friday. John’s son, Jett Travolta, had a seizure and hit his head onto a bathtub in his family’s vacation home in the Bahamas.
I was looking for some term life insurance quotes at that time when my blogging pal told me.
Jett was said to have suffered from Kawasaki disease when he was 2 years old. It is not known yet if his death was caused by Kawasaki disease.
Hubby and his buddies are ready for the Superbowl XLIII 2009. This means I don’t get to hang out with hubby for some time.
Fine. I can focus on building my niche blogs, promoting Votive candle holders or going for beauty treatments with some buddies.
