I am so happy today. Not only did I get some last minute reservations for my vacation home, I got a payment from an advertising company this morning.

This payment is more than enough for me to spend on some Xmas gifts and also a beanie for myself.

I am sure you must be as excited as I am when it comes to Christmas and New Year. What are your New Year resolutions for 2009?

Just as I complained about tight budget this December, I received a few last minute reservations for my vacation home from next week onwards.

I am so happy that money comes trickling in. It’s going to be a more relieving Xmas and New Year.

Thank God that my sisters and their families won’t pay me a visit this school holidays. Hubby and I are quite tight on budget this week.

There are debt payments, car and home loan installments and car insurance premium that need to be settled by the end of this month.

Oh, yes, there are still Christmas gifts and New Year feasts that need money, money, money.

What a careless vacationer! The vacationer left some magnets in my vacation home last week.

I wonder if it’s safe to send the magnets back to them by post. What if they are lost during the delivery?

I think I should just stop worrying. Perhaps they don’t mind leaving them at my place. Just wait for their email.

This is the fun part about renting out vacation home. You’ll never know what will be left behind by vacationers.

It seems that my family members are not coming to visit me and hubby next Monday.

Well, it’s year end school holidays. They must have many trips and holiday plans that are more attracting than coming to my vacation home.

Besides, they have been at my place for so many times.
