We bought this Black Sony DVPFX810 8″ Portable DVD Player to use on long trips when either the plane did not have movies or we expected to be staying where TV would be limited in the evenings.

The Sony DVPFX810 8″ Portable DVD Player is straight forward to operate and the display is sharp and functional for 2-3 viewers.

We have not fully tested battery life but it will clearly plan more than one movie on a single charge. So far, the unit has been durable and tolerated usual travel bumps.
